To reserve an appointment, we will need a credit
card number.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled
service. This allows for proper preparation time. Please be aware that
if you are late, we will do everything possible to accommodate you,
the full fee will be charged, with an adjustment on allotted service
time.
Purchased Gift Certificates are redeemable for retail purchases &
Spa Services. They are transferable but not refundable.
A 18% service/gratuity charge will be
added for parties of four or more.
Smoking is not permitted.
Cancellation policy
Individual Single Service -
Monday-Friday 50%; Saturday 100% charge if less than
8 hours notice.
Individual Multiple Services -
Monday-Friday 50%; Saturday 100% charge if less than 24 hours
notice.
Group Party - 10% Booking fee and
100% charge if less than 7 Days notice.
Our cancellation policy allows us the time to
possibly schedule another client and properly support our staff
